Partial Hospitalization (PHP):

~6 hours/day, 5 days/week
Ideal after detox or for those needing structured daily care

Intensive Outpatient (IOP):

~3 hours/day, 3–5 days/week
Continued support for sober living residents and commuters

Both levels of care include:

Therapy, relapse prevention, and coping strategies
Life skills and community reintegration planning
